Grant McIntyre brings a deep and practical understanding of agriculture to real estate, with experience spanning Australia and South Africa across farming, agribusiness and property sales.
He has extensive experience in cropping, cattle and equine operations, supported by over 20 years in agricultural engineering and tractor and machinery sales. Grant has managed rural properties in South Africa, Moura (QLD) and the Goondiwindi–North Star region, and has worked on feedlots in both countries as a stockman and assistant cattle manager. Grant has in-depth knowledge of pasture management and property improvement and speaks the language of farmers and cattle producers fluently, allowing him to build instant rapport and credibility with rural clients. His background in machinery sales has also developed strong relationship-building and prospecting skills, including extensive experience in business development and client engagement.
In addition to his agricultural background, Grant has a number of years’ experience in real estate, where he successfully sold both rural and residential properties. During this time, he achieved excellent results, including several record chain sales. This combination of practical agricultural expertise and proven real estate performance enables Grant to deliver informed advice and strong outcomes for clients across a broad range of property types.
